Vinoteca Livio Felluga forms part of the wider Vini e Capricci project and is located towards the rear of the outlet, positioned diagonally to the right of the main entrance. Conceived as the most settled and intimate space within the overall sequence, the vinoteca marks the transition from browsing and discovery to seated dining and experience.
The primary intent of the space was to create an environment where the full range of products offered by Vini e Capricci could be experienced through tasting and dining. Here, wines are paired with carefully curated dishes, allowing ingredients, flavours, and provenance to come together within a single setting. Rather than operating as a conventional wine bar, the vinoteca is conceived as the place where products discovered elsewhere in the outlet are brought into direct use.
User behaviour within the space is intentionally unhurried. Seating is designed to encourage guests to sit, stay, and engage, shifting the experience from movement to permanence. The spatial arrangement supports longer occupation, reinforcing the idea of the vinoteca as a destination rather than a transitional zone.
Materially, the space is defined by light-toned timber reminiscent of wine crate wood, complemented by tan leather bench seating and darker accent chairs. This restrained palette establishes a warm and composed backdrop, allowing food, wine, and conversation to take precedence without visual distraction.
By allowing guests to dine with the same products they have just encountered within the retail environment, Vinoteca Livio Felluga dissolves the conventional boundary between display and consumption. The result is a space where product, experience, and setting operate together, completing the Vini e Capricci journey through a moment of presence and enjoyment.
